We will send a copy of the <br />Pre-Construction Conference Minutes to HUD. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney and unani- <br />mously carried, the letter is to be placed on file. <br />d. HUD letter dated February 20, 1973: This letter is HUD CONCURRENCE, <br />over the signature of Mr. Mark L.
