7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Ims <br />d. Rehabilitation Report, Site Offices: Mr. William REHABILITATION <br />C. Ellison, Assistant Director of Rehabilitation Division, REPORTS, R -57, E -3 <br />submitted a written report for the site office operations: & E -5 OFFICES <br />One i itial inspection, three re- inspection, 13 follow -up <br />inspe tions, three final inspections, Commission approved <br />two grants for E -3 and two grants for R -57 in February, <br />one 1 an processed for E -3, two for E -5, and 29 progress <br />inspections. <br />Work is being processed for burned structures in E -3 and <br />E -5 areas, which are to be demolished. <br />The heaviest focus has been on closing of the Projects in <br />June. <br />Homemakers Report, by Mrs. Renelda Robinson, Homemakers <br />Supe visor, advises nutrition, health, education and craft <br />classes are being set up. The Homemakers have been making <br />a da -to -day personal contact with residents to talk about <br />thei needs, give them safety information and give physical <br />help where needed. <br />E. Relocation Progress Report: Mrs. Dorothy Howell, RELOCATION PROGRESS <br />Director of Residential Relocation, submitted a written report REPORT <br />for her staff: <br />R -66 Project is closed. Expecting five additional families. <br />Additional payments are being made. <br />OSA- 3: Project is closed. <br />Code Enforcement E -3: Workload of three with two individuals <br />and one family. One individual has temporarily moved. <br />Kalej School Site: Project is closed. Additional payments <br />to bemae. <br />R -57 Two families are on workload and both are pending. <br />Cit Wide: Eleven families and one individual. One family <br />has temporarily moved. Most of these families are <br />too large to place in Public Housing and the indi- <br />vidual is not interested in Public Housing. Addi- <br />tional Assistance Payment of $2,000.00 helps, but <br />most of these families are poor credit risks. <br />Me <br />Enforcement E -5: Workload of one family who should move <br />shortly. <br />Avenue: Worklaod of six families, three have temporarily <br />moved. One of the temporary moves purchased a house <br />and should be moving by mid March. Other families are <br />pending. <br />- 12 - <br />
