NEW BUSINESS (Cont'd <br />Change Order No. 2 to Demolition Contract No. 25: CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 <br />Auth )rization was requested for Change Order No. 2 to TO DEMOLITION CONTRACT <br />Demolition Contract No. 25, for an increase in contract NO. 25 APPROVED, R -66 <br />pric of $1,945.00, for.the addition of the following to <br />the emolition contract with Julius O'Neal: <br />Address Amount <br />17t2 410 L.W.E. $ 1,395.00 <br />14 4 311 E. Wayne Street 550.00 <br />Theso are our old Site Office and two block garages, <br />resp ctively. <br />On m tion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Rev. Williams, <br />Chan ]e Order No. 2 to Contract No. 25 was approved, for <br />an i crease in contract price of $1,945.00, with Julius <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. Motion was unanimously carried. <br />Chance Order No. 2 to Demolition Contract No. <br />27 -B Mr. Slabaugh said this demolition contract is with <br />Midwest Demolition Corporation, a part of which involves <br />demo ition of vaults and sidewalk replacement in front of <br />115 West Washington Street, next door to the J.M.S. build- <br />ing, known as Disposition Parcel 4 -70. In the Mall plan <br />we a e going to store buses which will change the curb <br />alig ment. We will have the Mall contractor do that part <br />of t e work instead of having it done now. The Change Order <br />dele es this portion of the work, totalling $1,391.25. <br />In order for the basement to be left in place, at the re- <br />quess of A.G.A. Advertisement appear - <br />The South Bend Tribune and Tri- County News, on Decem- <br />and 15, 1972.
