6 5 k:j . Board met in, --regular session at 7-15 P.M. Declaratory hearing 6n Improvement Resolution # 14 Grade, Curb and Walk on South Scott Street from Indiana Avenue to Vandalic Rail Road. In the above matter no remonstrators apperaednand no remonstrenees were filed. .The Board therefor find in each and every case in.said improvements_ that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things; ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved, that notices be published on the..2nd,, day of June and on the .9th, day of June 1910, in the South Bend Daily Times, stczting that -this Board will receive bids.for the construction of said improvements up to 10 A.M. on the 21st day of. June 1910.
