Petition received and refered. to the City Engineer signed by the Park -Board Commission -ers asking; for a, Pipe Seger on Meade Street From Kenwood. Avenue to Bertrand Street. JPetition asking; permission to construct by private contract Grade,Curb and. Walk on Haney Avenue from High. Street to Carroll Street, signed by Christian Wenger and , Hiram Krieghb€�um approved. f Petition signed. by George Wyman askin g to be allower to raise the emitter in front of his driveway leading from LaSalle Street.at his e xpense.approved IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.26 Resolved by the Board of Public Works o*' The.City of South Bend Indana.That it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvements in the said* as suthmrized by the followingnumbered Improvement Resolution adopted by said Board on the 20 th. day of May 1910. Resolved,that an improvement be made of the kind,size,location and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer beginnfiing at the center of Michigan Street and Milton Ave. thence East - along the center line of said Milton Avenue with a twelve(12.) inch pipe sewer -to the center of Witwer Avenue together with house connections to the.curb line along the line of said improvement. Said improvement shall be known and designated as MILTON AVENUE PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMET NO.2.6. Detail drawings ,plans,and profiles and specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of said Board and all work in the making_':. of said public improveme -ts must be done in accordance therewith. Said Board has fixed the loth of��1910 as a day upon which remonstrances may be filed or herd by persons interestecior' affected by said public improvements and on said day at 7-15 P.M. said Board will att its said office hear and consider any remonstrators and persons interested or whose property is affected by said public improvement and .will decide whether the benefits that will accrue to the property,abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvements, and to said City will be equal to or exceed the estimate cost of the proposed improvement I as estimated by the City Civil Engineer. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in a p yment for such work where the prZe property owner signes waiver required asr according to law.Which said Bonds shall beat interest at the rate of six per cent per annum payable as provided by law V IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N027 Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of..South Bent?
