Street to Carroll Street, signed by Christian Wenger and <br />, Hiram Krieghb€�um approved. <br />f Petition signed. by George Wyman askin <br />g to be allower to raise the emitter in front <br />of his driveway leading from LaSalle Street.at his e xpense.approved <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.26 <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works o*' The.City of South Bend Indana.That it is <br />desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvements in the <br />said* <br />as suthmrized by the followingnumbered Improvement Resolution adopted by <br />said Board on the 20 th. day of May 1910. <br />Resolved,that an improvement be made of the kind,size,location and terminal points <br />as follows: Pipe Sewer beginnfiing at the center of Michigan Street and Milton Ave. <br />thence East - along the center line of said Milton Avenue with a twelve(12.) inch <br />pipe sewer -to the center of Witwer Avenue together with house connections to the.curb <br />line along the line of said improvement. <br />Said improvement shall be known and designated as MILTON AVENUE PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMET <br />NO.2.6. Detail drawings ,plans,and profiles and specifications are on file and may be <br />seen at the office of said Board and all work in the making_':. of said public improveme <br />-ts must be done in accordance therewith.
