J Engineer filed Assessment Rolls and Final Estimates for Grade,Curb and Walk an Ewing Avenue from Michigan Street to La,Fayette Street under Improvement Resolution No. 602. Resolved,that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive days in the South BenD Daily Times cemmencing on the l9th. day of May 1910 stating that this Board will give a hering on the amount of such assessments at its of office in the City Tall on the 27th. day of MAY 1910 at 7-15 P.M. Resolved further that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approo -vedand the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be publish-d on the 19th. day of May 1910in the South Bend Daily Times,atating that that thisBoard will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Nall on 27th. day of May 1910 at 7--15 P.M.
