642 <br />Board_ met in special session at 7-15 P.M. Mr. Niedbalski absent. <br />i Hearing given on declaratory resolution NO.10 for Cold Tar Filled Macadam defered <br />untill May 18th. 'at 10 A. M. <br />J Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution NO.12 for Pavement on Osborn Street and <br />Millers Court from Vistula Avenue to Sample Street. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. <br />Therefore be it remnlved that the Bogard find in each and every case in said improvement <br />that 'the benefits to the property,and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimate <br />cost of -said improvements and the name are hereby in all things ratified.,confirmed and <br />approved. <br />Be it resolved that notices'be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 17th. day <br />of May and on the 24th. day of May 19109to the effeet that this Board will receive bids <br />for th#-construction of said improvements up to 10 A.M. on the 7th. day June 1910. <br />The Eeaard reserves the right to reject any and all bids. <br />J Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution NO.11 for Pavement oar Miami Street from Bowman <br />Street to Fox Street.In the above matter no remonstratces appeased and no remonstrances <br />were fil ed.Therefore be it Resolved that the Board find. in each and every case in laaid <br />improvements that the benefits to the property,and to the City of South Bend are equal <br />to the estimated coat of maid improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified <br />and, approved.
