Motion was unanimously carried. <br />1. Commercial Lease: Commission authorization COMMERCIAL LEASE <br />was requested to rent Parcel No. 21 -10 to Seung Hong, APPROVED, PARCEL NO. <br />327 South Michigan Street, known as the Retail Wig Shop, 21 -10, R -66 <br />for a monthly rental of $100.00, R -66. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade, the <br />above Commercial Lease was authorized and motion unani- <br />mously carried. <br />m. Plot Plans: PLOT PLANS APPROVED, <br />Commission approval was requested of revised plot plans SAMPLE STREET PROJECT, <br />of Koszegi Leather & Vinyl Products, Inc., for property R -7 <br />at 702 South Chapin Street, in the Sample Street Urban <br />Renewal Project, Ind. R -7.
