Property Management: Rev. Kirk submitted a <br />writ en report on his activities: <br />Rent roll for December is $5,870.01 - -a requested reduction <br />in November rent roll of $1,164.75 for South Bend Parking, <br />topping not applied due to inclement weather. Engaged in <br />cleaning and surveillance of Downtown area. <br />e. Rehabilitation Report, Site Offices: Mr. William <br />C. Ellison submitted a written report for the site office <br />oper tions: <br />R -57; <br />E -3: <br />Three initial inspections. <br />One initial inspection, one re- inspection and five <br />final inspections. <br />The Homemakers Service is working on programs that <br />will be extended after completion of remodeling of <br />Northeast Center. They are presently working with <br />programs to benefit the community through PSC pro- <br />gram. The Financial Advisers are currently process- <br />ing 20 cases, to be determined at later date as to <br />loans, etc. <br />Mr. ohn Reese, Project Director, submitted a written report <br />for he E-5 Rehabilitation Office, month of November, showing <br />four initial inspections. <br />f.
