These design studies are only meant to be sugges- <br />and potential developers can come up with their own <br />The design shown is for 600 units, at approximately <br />$25,000 per unit, or a total development of 15 Million <br />Dollars. Also shown in the design were four suggested <br />professional buildings, consisting of individual offices <br />and costing approximately 5 Million Dollars. The cost <br />to alling approximately 20 Million Dollars for the total <br />de elopment of this site. <br />8.1 NEXT MEETING <br />The next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Com- <br />mission will be at 10:30 A.M., Friday, November 3, 1972, <br />in the Office of the Department of Redevelopment. <br />9.
