They have the responsi- <br />bility to determine where they want to put the monument. <br />If thE County Commissioners would say they would like to <br />put t is monument on Redevelopment land, then the Redevelop- <br />ment Commissioners could consider it. The County Commis- <br />sioners meet at 1.0:00 A.M. every Monday morning in the <br />Count)-City building and the monument request should be <br />placec before them. <br />8.
