6. NOW BUSINESS (Cont_'d <br />e. Proclaimer Certificate No. 1, R -57: Commission PROCLAIMER CERTIFICATE <br />authorization was requested for the Executive Director NO. 1 APPROVED ESTABLISH - <br />to sign Proclaimer Certificate No. 1, R -57, to establish ING MARKET VALUE FOR <br />fair market value for property to be acquired, as set ACQUISITION, R -57 <br />forth on Schedule A attached to the Proclaimer Certifi- <br />cate. <br />On motion by Rev. Williams, seconded by Mr. Chenney, the <br />Executive Director was authorized to execute Proclaimer <br />Certificate No. 1, establishing the fair market value of <br />prope ties to be acquired in R -57 Project. Motion unani- <br />mousl-V carried. <br />f. <br />Addendum No. <br />1 to Contracts with Credit Bureau <br />ADDENDUM NO. 1 APPROVED <br />of South <br />Bend, Inc.: <br />These addenda are to incorporate <br />TO CONTRACTS WITH CREDIT <br />by reference <br />all of <br />the provisions of the Fair Credit <br />BUREAU OF SOUTH BEND, <br />Reporting <br />Act, by Public <br />Law 91 -598 to the contracts with <br />INC., R -57, E -3 & E -5 <br />the Credit <br />Bureau of <br />South Bend, Inc., for the following <br />proje <br />ts: <br />R -57 Contract dated August 4, 1966 <br />E -3 Contract dated November 19, 1971 <br />E -5 Contract dated November 19, 1971 <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney, the <br />Commission President and Secretary were authorized to <br />execute Addendum No. 1 to Contracts with the Credit <br />BureaL of South Bend, Inc. for Projects R -57, E -3 and <br />E -5. <br />g Certificate of Completion of Redevelopment: CERTIFICATE OF COMPLE- <br />Autho ization was requested for the Commission President TION OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />and S cretary to sign Certificate of Completion of Re- APPROVED, PARCEL NOS. <br />devel pment conveyed to: 14 -7 & 14 -8, AND 22 -41, <br />R -57 <br />1 Richard D. and Ann Lee Thomas, for Disposition <br />Parcels 14 -7 and 14 -8, R -57. <br />2 Orntrue & Della Hesiben, for Disposition Parcel <br />22 -41, R -57. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney, the <br />above Certificates of Completion of Redevelopment were <br />autho ized for execution. Motion unanimously carried. <br />h Rehabilitation Grant, R -57: Authorization REHABILITATION GRANT <br />was r quested for one 1 Rehabilitation Grant, in the APPROVED, PARCEL NO. <br />LaSal a Park Urban Renewal Project, Ind. R -57, for 37 -4, R -57 <br />Parce No. 37 -4, located at 214 South Falcon Street, <br />in th amount of $3,303.00. <br />On mot <br />above <br />;ion by Rev.
