Rehabilitation Grant E -5: Authorization was re- REHABILITATION GRANT <br />quested for one 1 rehabilitation grant, in the Model APPROVED, PARCEL NO. <br />Cities East Code Enforcement Project, E -5, for Parcel No. 30 -37, E -5 <br />30 -37, located at 1029 West Jefferson Boulevard, in the <br />amount of $3,500.00. <br />The reason this grant is for the maximum amount is that <br />the re abilitation had originally exceeded the maximum <br />and negotiated down. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade, the above - <br />listed grant was approved and unanimously carried. <br />1. Resolution No. 411: This Resolution authorizes <br />the execution of the Redevelopment Agreement for the Dis- <br />position of Land and the execution of Warranty Deed for <br />the transfer of title to the County of St. Joseph Board <br />of County Commissioners, for Parcel no. 3 -3, in the Central <br />Downtown Project, R -66. Hans, <br />of the Yellow Dot Parking Lot, submitted another <br />dated June 29, 1972, serving notification that she <br />ting the lot as of July 1, due to more cancellations <br />hly parkers. The Columbia Street is the only access <br />lot and there is no guarantee of this street being <br />r any length of time. Her original letter was <br />June 15th for the 16th Commission meeting.
