Detzler, President, submitted a <br />reso uTion adopted by their Board of Directors at its <br />regular meeting on June 19, 1972, in which they request <br />the section relating to the use of the land north of and <br />adjoining the Northern Indiana Historical Society Museum <br />(Southeast corner of Washington and Lafayette Boulevard) <br />be altered, when we submit for Federal approval an amend- <br />ment to the present downtown renewal plan. <br />At some future time the Society may wish to enlarge its <br />facilities with a structure below or perhaps partially <br />above ground on the property owned by St. Joseph County <br />immediately north of the Museum. <br />On mo ion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney, the <br />above matter is to be taken under review.
