7. PROGRESS REPORTS (Cont'd <br />R -66: The remaining workload.is four - -one family and <br />three individuals. The remaining family is in <br />process of moving; one individual is expected <br />to move this week; continuing to work with re- <br />maining two. <br />Cit - ide: Workload is three families - -one family regis- <br />tered at Public Housing and working with remain- <br />ing two. <br />R -57: With approved amendatory, workload ten - -nine <br />families and one individual. Properties have not <br />been acquired, but staff will be working with the <br />families and individuals. <br />Kaley School Site One family temporarily relocated, whose <br />235 application has been approved for purchase of <br />.home at 1812 W. California Street. <br />Open Space OSA -33: Workload is two - -one family and one <br />individual -- family waiting for approval of FHA <br />loan; individual assigned unit in Public Housing. <br />E -3: Workload is three - -two families and one individual. <br />One family is registered at Public Housing; checking <br />benefits for other family; individual to call when <br />she finds a place she likes. <br />Merry Avenue Project: Intakes taken on sixteen families to <br />date and one business. <br />f Royal Inn Hotel: Mr. Taylor advised he has been <br />meeti g with the Royal Inn officials for the past two days <br />and h s reviewed some preliminary plans. <br />Royal Inn has been in contact with the Building Commissioner <br />and F re Chief, and is working with the Chamber of Commerce <br />for details of their groundbreaking ceremonies to be announced <br />shortly. Royal Inn has their own general contractor and will <br />be hiring subcontractors. They are ready to go. <br />8.
