This area will be re- <br />zoned for proper useage. Zoning for "Heavy <br />Industrial" is "E -1." "D" is Light and "E" <br />Heavy. <br />Area B: The area in the Southwest Section of R -66, <br />which will be residential, is the area we <br />are asking to be rezoned as "Residential"- - <br />the North line of Wayne Street and South. <br />The entire remaining area in R -66 will be <br />requested for "C" zoning, "Commercial ", <br />from "D" Light and "E" Heavy Industrial. <br />On "Residential ", it will be multi - family <br />"B" Residential, with "G" Height and Area <br />zoning classification. "G" will allow 12 <br />stories. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney, the <br />Executive Director was authorized to sign the Petition <br />on behalf of the Department of Redevelopment.
