Glaser and his son, H. Edward Glaser. If he Redevelopment Commission approves the bid as sub- mit ed, the Glaser Construction Company will erect a one - sto y building on the site, the building to be divided int four retail units - -three on Michigan Street and one on West Wayne Street.
