Hans, Director, <br />approving our participation in the standard retirement <br />plap known as GP 5000T with GP 1978T by the Continental <br />Assurance Company. <br />c. HUD letter dated May 12, 1972: This communica- <br />tio , over the signature of Mr. Stephen J. Havens, Director, <br />Ope ations Division, approves the 1972 summer youth employ - <br />men programs for Projects E -3 and E -5, at a cost of $5,000 <br />to 6,500 per project. Additional funds for this employ - <br />men were not appropriated, but approval given to incorporate <br />the expenditure in our present budget. <br />Mr. Taylor said he has written to HUD that the youth employ- <br />ment programs will only be implemented if additional funds <br />are forthcoming, as our budget has already been drastically <br />cut <br />FEDERAL CAPITAL <br />GRANT APPROVED, <br />IND.
