Sieracki and Thaddeus F. Sieracki, in the amount f $1,000.00. Mr. Taylor advised the Floral Shop faces on Western Avenue. They want to build a house immediately north of the alley or the west side of Dundee Street, and take the rest of these lots, which are unbuildable, and use for a growing area. It is slightly below our asking price. The asking pri a was $1,155.00. Rev. Williams asked what we were going to do with un- buildable lots. Mr. Wiggins said our hope was to have the Park Department to take some over; another possi- bility would be to help defray cost of additional founda- tion work required. Mr. Taylor said HUD was going to do some investigating and come back with a report on unbuildable parcels. They know what he problem is. It is part of Beck Lake.
