6. NEW BUSINgSS (Cont'd <br />Mr. Wiggins moved for approval of Change Order No. 1 <br />to Contract No. 23 -B, for a decrease in contract price <br />of $1,150.00. Motion seconded by Rev. Williams and <br />unanimously carried. <br />C. 0 ti n Agreement: Authorization was re- OPTION AGREEMENT <br />quested of one 1 ) Option Agreement, for Parcel No. 11 -5, AUTHORIZED, PARCEL <br />a vacant lot oi Camden Street, in the LaSalle Park Urban NO. 11 -5, R -57 <br />Renewal Project, R -57. Mr. Taylor advised this was checked <br />prior and ever thing is in order. <br />Rev. Williams oved for approval of the Option Agreement <br />and the Presid nt be authorized to sign. Motion seconded <br />by Mr. Chenney and unanimously carried. <br />d. Reso ution No. 384: This Resolution is to <br />authorize the xecution of the Redevelopment Agreement <br />for the disposition of land and the execution of warranty <br />deeds for the transfer of title thereto in connection <br />with land to be disposed of in the LaSalle Park Project, <br />R -57, for Parc 1 Nos. 17 -23, 17 -24, 17 -25, 17 -26 and <br />17 -27, to Matt ew J. Sieracki and Thaddeus F. Sieracki, <br />in the amount f $1,000.00. <br />Mr. Taylor advised the Floral Shop faces on Western <br />Avenue. They want to build a house immediately north <br />of the alley or the west side of Dundee Street, and take <br />the rest of these lots, which are unbuildable, and use for <br />a growing area. It is slightly below our asking price. <br />The asking pri a was $1,155.00. <br />Rev. Williams asked what we were going to do with un- <br />buildable lots. Mr. Wiggins said our hope was to have <br />the Park Department to take some over; another possi- <br />bility would be to help defray cost of additional founda- <br />tion work required. <br />Mr. Taylor said HUD was going to do some investigating <br />and come back with a report on unbuildable parcels. <br />They know what he problem is.
