Revised Agreement with Credit Bureau of South <br />Bend Inc. d ted -19 -71 for E -3 and E -5 Projects_: Mr. <br />ay or said the Commission, in the previous meeting, had <br />requested to heck whether the amendment had been changed <br />prior to price freeze. Actually that amendment was changed <br />over a year a o. It was a mistake on the part of this staff. <br />They just put in the lower prices. We have paid this amount <br />all through t e '71 year.
