The South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the City <br />of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, met in a Special Meeting, <br />in Room 1200 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, in <br />the City of South Bend, at 9:30 A. M., E.S.T., on the 27th day of <br />December, 1971 - -the place, hour, and date, duly established for the <br />holding of such meeting. <br />The President called the meeting to order and the following Com- <br />missioners were present for the roll call: <br />Mr. Fred J. Helmen, President <br />Mr. John E. Chenney, Vice President <br />Mr. Donald A. Wiggins, Member <br />Absent: Rev. Willie V. Williams, Secretary <br />Mr. Bob L. Wade, Asst.
