ANEW BUSINESS (Cont'd <br />Commission authorization was requested of Change Order <br />No. 2 to Demolition Contract No. 15, with Ritschard <br />Brothers, Inc., for an increase in contract price of <br />$8,530.00. <br />Underground rubble is to be removed on the following <br />parcels: 19 -3B, 20 -1, 20 -12 and 20 -11, consisting of <br />gasoline tanks, concrete slab, short underground tunnel, <br />concrete footing walls, debris, floor slab and elevator <br />pit. <br />Mr. labaugh advised that granular fill is permitted <br />for he streets only. <br />On m tion by Rev.
