King, LPA Secretary <br />P.PPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />he minutes of the Redevelopment Trustees Special Meeting of June 8, <br />1971, were read by the Secretary, Mrs. Josephine M. Curtis. On <br />motion by Mr. Wertheimer, seconded by Mr. Peacock, the minutes, as <br />read, were unanimously approved. - <br />LECTION OF OFFICERS FOR REDEVELOPMENT TRUSTEES <br />r. Roy B. Root, who had been elected Vice President of the Board <br />of Trustees, resigned in November of this year. Mr. Root had been <br />nominated by the Common Council and appointed by Mayor Lloyd M. <br />llen on December 7, 1970, for term to expire February 18, 1974. <br />r. William A. Welsheimer was nominated as a member of the Redevelop - <br />ent Trustees by the Common Council and appointed by the Mayor and <br />sworn in by City Clerk on December 1, 1971, to fill this vacancy. <br />Nominations were open for the following offices: <br />1. PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Wertheimer nominated Mr. F. Jay Nimtz, to again serve as <br />President of the Board of Trustees, seconded by M':. Peacock. <br />Motion was unanimously carried by all Trustees. <br />2. VICE PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Peacock nominated Mr. Edgar Wertheimer, Vice President <br />of the Board of Trustees, seconded by Mrs. Curtis. Motion <br />was unanimously carried by all Trustees. <br />
