Reh <br />bilitation Grant, E -3: Authorization was re- <br />REHABILITATION GRANT <br />quested for <br />ne rehabilitation grant, in the amount of <br />APPROVED, PARCEL NO. <br />$2,811.00, <br />r Parcel No. 31 -38, located at 727 North <br />31 -38, E -3 <br />Frances Street, in the Northeast Code Enforcement Project <br />E -3. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney, the <br />above grant as approved and unanimously carried. <br />f. Signs: Mr. Ashenfelter advised the Sign Com- <br />mittee members met in our office on November 29th, at <br />4:00 P.M., to consider two signs for the Southwest Corner <br />of Main and Colfax, and the lighting of the Sherland <br />Building. <br />On the Sherland Building, the SightCommittee advised the <br />architectural firm of Mathews, Purucker & Associates Inc. <br />of the likelihood of Mall canopies interfering with their <br />suggested lighting fixtures. President Helmen requested the <br />staff have something in writing from them stating they under- <br />stand the situation and are aware of what our plans are. <br />Southwest corner of Main and Colfax: A billboard sign on <br />the south wall of this lot was outside the jurisdiction <br />of the Committee.
