These are additional.cars for next year, not re <br />place ents. The Board of Public Works advertises these on <br />a fleet basis. <br />Mr. Wiggins requested the Commission would like to see the <br />breakdown, estimated mileage, the assignment of'cars, and <br />the kind of business. I have no idea, justi'fi`cation of <br />how many, and who requires them. <br />President Helmen requested Mr. Barbe for a re- assessment <br />of car assignments and mileage payments. <br />No action taken, pending further information. <br />M.
