ORDINANCE NO. v 130- 99 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, TRANSFERRING FUNDS BETWEEN CERTAIN ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE PARK DEPARTMENT GENERAL FUND FOR THE OPERATION OF THE POTOWATOMI ZOO GIFT SHOP STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT The Potowatomi Park Gift Shop has been operated as a concession for the past several years. The Park Department budget for fiscal year 1996 budgeted the revenues and expenses of operating the Potowatomi Gift Shop as a concession and funded the appropriate accounts, accordingly. The Potowatomi Zoo Gift Shop has, however, been operated by the Park Department in fiscal year 1996 and not as a concession. The Common Council has determined that it is advisable to transfer revenues and funds supporting the operation of the Zoo Gift Shop from concession account of the Park Department budget to the corresponding line items of its Potowatomi Zoo account. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I .
