�02 _,March_ Board met in regular session at IO A.M. all menibCrs present ,The AGREEMENT entered into on the £nth. day of October 1909 A.D. by and between the City of South Bend,through its Board of Public Works party of the first part ens? the Grand Trunk Western Railway Co.a corporation owing; and operating a r railroad line through the City of South Bend Indiana,.,has this day been resinded President '.Tuesday 14arch 22th. 1910 Board mte in re; -;ulcer session at IO A. I. all members present IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO � Resolved by the Beard of Public Works of the City of South Bend Indiana. That it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvement 3/in the said City as authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolution,adopted by said Board on the 22th. day of March 1918. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend-,I.ndiana,that an improvemet be made of the kind,size,location and terminal pointsas follower. By Grading and constructing cement Curb and Walk on Camp au Street from Eddy Street to Arthur Street where the sage is not already constructed and improved. Said improvement shall be known and designated as CAMPAU STREET GRADE CURB AND WALK DetAil drAwings,plAns,profiles And specifications are on file and may be seen at the offie of said Board and all work in the making of said public improvements must be done in accordance therewith, Said Board :has fixed the 15th.d.ay of April 1910 as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvement and on said day at 7-15 P.M.said Board will at its office hear and consider any.remonstrances and persons interested or whose property is affected -by said public improvement and will deside whether the -benefits that will accure to the property,abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvements,and to said City,will be equil to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed imprevement5,as estir_!a,ted by the City civil Engineer A;Bond or Bonds i-:rued •to -the contractor . is according to law.
