Wade was sworn in by City Clerk Kathryn Blough as a member <br />of thE South Bend Redevelopment Commission. Mr. Wade had been appointed <br />a Commissioner by the Board of Trustees in a Special Meeting on June 8, <br />1971. This fills the vacancy caused by the resignation of former'Com <br />mission President Dean J. Wilhelm. <br />t this point, Presiding Officer, Mr. Fred J.
