<br />Mr. Mike Obri'nger, Model Cities Planner, explained this
<br />is an 8.3 million renewal project, which covers approxi-
<br />mately 100 acres and fs predominately a clearance project?
<br />bounded by Olive Street, the Penn Central tracks, Walnut
<br />Street and Kenwood Street. The survey and planning is es:tt-�-
<br />mated to cost approximately $412,706. About 40% of the. area
<br />is in the street right -of -way. Approximately-22% is sub-
<br />standay d, 33% has major deficienc- ies,- 36 %!monor deffc%encies,,
<br />and about 9% is sound.
