She is teach -ing and doing social with -the Elkhart School System. A discussion followed relative to the three candidates remaining. IV. COMMISSIONER APPOINTED Motion was made by Mrs. Curtis that*. Bob`L. Wade be appointed Commissioner, with Mrs. Anna Mae Smelser as a runner -up in case another vacancy should arise on the Board of Commissioners. Said motion was se- conded by Mr. Peacock and unanimously carried. V.
