N$W BUSINESS (Co:nt'd) i Urban Design Review Committee: Mr. Ashenfelter EXTERIOR PLANS APPROVED gave a report on the last Urban Design Review Committee FOR THREE FIRMS, R -66 meeting requesting approval of-their. recommendations on plans for the following firms in the Downtown area: 1 & 2: 3: Household Finance Corp. and Christian Science. Reading Room, both located in the Sherland Building A colored exterior elevation was shown with bronze colored aluminum through the signs. Business Systems, Inc._, 117 S. Michigan Elevation of new exterior of a bronze colored aluminum with black battens. On mot on by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Wiggins, the recommendations made by the Urban Design Review Committee` on the above three firms were approved and unanimously carried. j Resolution No. 363: This Resolution authorizes the acceptance of bids for Parcel Nos. 6 -13 and 6 -14, a vacant lot on Newcome Street, in the amount of $134.00; �. and Parcel No. 28 -51, a vacant lot on North Illinois Street in the amount of $107..00, and the execution of warran y deeds for the transfer of titles thereto. The first parcels are the last site office location, which is unb ildable land and will be used for gardening. The other parcel is 38 feet wide, being purchased by the adjace t property owner. Mr. Wi gins moved for the adoption of Resolution No. 363, second d by Rev.
