I APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the Redevelopment Trustees Special Meeting of <br />May 7 ,1971, were read by the Secretary, Mrs. Josephine M. Curtis. <br />On =tion by Mr. James F. Peacock, seconded by Mr. Roy B. Root, the <br />m lnu tes were unanimously approved. <br />III. SUBOOMMITTEE REPORT ON PROSPECTIVE COMMISSIONERS <br />The reports from the Trustees indicated that the conferences <br />with the prospects for Commissioner were incomplete and a later meet- <br />ing needs to be scheduled for full reports on all the prospects. <br />The Trustees were all of the opinion that this is an extremely <br />seri us challenge. Someone is needed who has the capabilities to <br />push for leadership and have rapport with people. <br />The following prospects who have been contacted are willing to <br />s ery <br />1. Mrs. Anna Mae Smelser <br />2. Mrs. Goldie Ivory <br />Mr. $lair Warner has other commitments and cannot serve at this time. <br />IV. I SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TRUSTEES <br />The next Special Meeting of the Trustees was unanimously agreed <br />r <br />b called for Tuesday, June 8, 1971, at 9:00 A.M., in the Office of <br />the: epartment of Redevelopment. <br />
