ARTICLES OF INCORPORA'HON <br />(Not for Profit) Page Four <br />ARTICLE VIII <br />Statement of Property (If any) <br />A statement of tho property, and an estimate, of the value thereof, to he taken mar Ioy the CorImwat non at <br />or upon its incorporation are as follows: <br />Books, Office Equipment, and Records- - - - - - $1,000.00 <br />ARTICLE IX <br />Provisions for Regulation and Conduct <br />Of the Affairs of Corporation <br />(Can be the "By Laws") <br />Other provisions, consistent with the lawsof this state, for the regulation and conduct of the affairs of the <br />Corporation, and creating, defining, limiting or regulating -the irowersof the Corporation, thvilirectorsor the <br />members of any class or classes of members are as follows: <br />The management of the affairs of this Unity of Michiana, Tnc. shall he governed by such <br />bylaws as the Minister and the Board of Directors may from time to time adopt. <br />Should this corporation dissolve, all property and funds remaining after the payment of <br />the debts of the corporation shall be held by the Association of Unity Churches, a non-profit <br />corporation organized under the laws of the State of Georgia, for religious and educational <br />purposes, with headquarters located at Unity Village, Jackson County, State of Missouri, fnr <br />the reµestabli.shment of a Unity Center or Church in South Bend, or to such organization or <br />organizations organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, religious or <br />scientific purposes as shall at the time qualify as an exempt organization or organizations <br />wader Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1454 (or the corresponding provision <br />of any future United States Internal Revenue Code), as the Board of Trustees shall determine. <br />Any of such assets not so disposed of shall be disposed of by the Superior Court of the county <br />in which the principal office of the corporation is then located, exclusively for such purposes <br />or to such organization or organizations, an said Court shall determine, which are organized <br />and operated exclusively for such purposes. <br />
