Staff Support will be provided for specific or ongoing projects of UEA, where the performance <br />of staff support duties by City employees, in the opinion and discretion of the Executive Director <br />of the Community Investment Department, directly relates to carrying out neighborhood, <br />redevelopment and/ or economic development and/ or community development plans of the City. <br />2. (a).
