CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING OCTOBER 29 2019 324 <br />1 <br />1 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />October 29, 2019 by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik with Board Member Laura O'Sullivan and <br />Board President Gary Gilot present. Board Members Genevieve Miller and Therese Dorau were <br />absent. The meeting was held in the 13t' Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. <br />Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. O'Sullivan stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is <br />fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; <br />and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy_ Mc <br />05Sullivan stated the following claim was submitted to the Board for approval: <br />Name Amount of Claim Date <br />City of South Bend $2,113,112.92 1 )/2019 <br />1V1V, lY1J. %­ oullivan wauc u inonon inat arter review of the expenditures, the claims be <br />approved as submitted.
