Wilhelm, 217 West Jefferson Blvd. President South Bend, Indiana 46601 1. The South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the City of South,Bend, Department of Redevelopment, met in a Special Meeting, in Room 1200 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, in the City of South Bend, at 2:00 P.M., E.S.T., on the 2nd day of February, 1970 - -the place, hour, and date, duly established for the holding of such meeting. The President called the meeting to order and the following Com- missioners were present for the roll call: Mr..Dean J. Wilhelm, President Mr. John E. Chenney, Vice President Mr. Fred J. Helmen, Asst. Secretary Mr. Donald A. Wiggins, Member Absent: Rev. Willie V. Williams, Secretary Legal Counsel: Mr. Bruce C. This Special Meeting was convened pursuant to a duly dated and signed Notice of Special Meeting which was hand carried and telephoned to each Commissioner in due time, form, and manner as required by law.
