The proposed <br /> amendments to the non-bargaining employee salary ordinance adjust <br /> the salaries of certain employee positions to reflect more <br /> accurately the value of those positions vis-a-vis the private <br /> market and the salary structure established for comparable <br /> positions within the City workforce.
