Williams. <br />A letter of thanks and congratulations has been written to the <br />Commissioners--thanking them for their diligence and their interest in <br />the wonderful job they are doing <br />Mrs. Kathryn L. Blough, South Bend City Clerk, conducted the swear- <br />ing-iii of each Commissioner. <br />II. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Mr. Bruce C. Hammerschmidt,- Commission Legal Counsel, consented to <br />the appointment of temporary chairman for the election of officers. The <br />nominations were open.. <br />
