Suburban Rates <br />Customers with water service outside the City limits shall incur an added <br />surcharge of twenty percent (20 %) of the rates and charges. <br />Section V. Non - Recurring Charges <br />A. Tap Charges: <br />The charge for installation of a 1 -inch tap shall be $185.00, which shall include <br />the installed tapping valve and the material for the curb valve and box, but shall <br />not include any service line. Charges for taps larger than 1 -inch shall be at cost. <br />B.
