Friday October 29th.,__1 0 _. The Board mart in regular session. at 10:00 A. M.. Mr.: McInerny absent. Hearing on Declaratory resolution for Wall, Falk & Curb on Hydraulic Avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 622 was deferred until Nov. 3rd., 1909 at 10:00 A. M. Hearing on Deciriratory Resolution for Grade, Curb & Valk: on Huron Street under Improvement Resolution No. 614 was deferred to Nov. 5th., 1909 at 10:00 A. M. Hearing on Assessment Roll and final estimate for water connections on Van Buren Street under Improver -Lent Resolution No. 609 1/2 was confirmed. No remonstrators appeared,and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in paid Trolls filed October 19th., 1909 is benefitted in the wtiount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed Oct. 19th., 909, and the final estimate allowed Oct. 19th., 19092 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Petition filed for light at corner of Elder and Carroll Streets . Referred to the ,Street Department. Indian a, and Michigan, Electric Company notified to turn off Arc Lamps in -Parks Nov. 1st.1909.
