Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2012 <br />The September 5, 2012 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to <br />order by Council President Derek D. Dieter at 3:47 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting <br />Room. <br />Persons in. attendance included Council Members Gavin Ferlic, Tim Scott, Henry Davis, Jr., Dr. <br />David Varner, Derek D. Dieter, and Karen L.White, E. Spencer Walton of the May Oberfell <br />Lorber law firm and Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand. <br />The Executive Session was called pursuant to the August 31, 2012, Notice of Executive Session <br />for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to pending litigation or litigation which has <br />been threatened in writing, pursuant to Indiana Code § 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 (b)(2)(B) (copy attached) <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br />contained in the August 31, 2012 "Notice of Executive Session ". <br />Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 4:32 p.m. <br />sxt' k <br />Derek D.
