Bend Ave. to City Limits -and for Grade , Curb: and Walk on Jefferson Street... <br />from Walnut street to Cherry Street under Improvement Resolution Nos. 505 & 594 respectively. <br />R e�3 c�,='that note t 1 t�se• 'bunt; of assessments be published for. six con-- <br />secutive days in the youth Bend Daily Times, commencing on the llth day of September, 1909, <br />stating that this Board will give a hey ring on the amounts of such aCsesgi nents at its ofFice <br />in the City Ball on the 21st., day of Sep tenber, 1909 at,7:15 P. M. <br />Resolved farther, that the entire work under the. above contract, be accepted . arWl- <br />.approved and the final estim"e the, €'1.lowed. Notiee of this resolution hhall be published y <br />on the llth day of SeptemVer, 1909, in the South Bead Daily Times, stating that this Board <br />will give a hearing on they acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 21st <br />day of September, 1909, at 7:15 P.
