Hammerschmidt, had re- <br />RESCINDED,,MINUTES <br />quest Ed <br />a motion be made to rescind Resolution No. <br />OF DECEMBER 5, 1969 <br />283, on <br />Page 5, Item 6b, contained in minutes of <br />December <br />5, 1969, and to have the record show that <br />a motion <br />was made in lieu of Resolution No. 283. <br />The City <br />of South Bend requested that the applica- <br />tion lor <br />Section 117 Code Enforcement Grant filed <br />with 1he <br />Department of Housing and Urban Develop- <br />ment under <br />date of December 22, 1969, be amended <br />to sh <br />w that the City of South Bend, Department of <br />Redev <br />lopment be termed the applicant for this <br />program. <br />-1- <br />
