Fri <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. -603. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: that <br />an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as Follows: <br />Cement walks and curbing on Division Street from Michigan Street to the C. I. & <br />S. Ry. tracks. - <br />Said improvement shall be known and designated as *THE WEST DIVISION STREET <br />WALK & CURB IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to.. the plansi anti specificat— <br />ions prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith- Notice of this resolution <br />shall be published on the 31st day.of July and on the 7th clay of August 1909, in the <br />South Bend Daily Tines..This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office <br />in the City Hall on the 17th day of August, 1909, at 7:15 P. M. <br />A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where <br />the property owner signs waiveg\required, as according; to law. Which said bonds shall <br />bear interest at the rate of a per cent. per annum., payable as provided by law. <br />Adopted this 3Qth day of July 1909. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC .WORKS: <br />W. A. McINERNY, PRES. <br />Light ordered sip Rush Street at Alley between Monroe & South Streets. <br />PRESIDENT. <br />
