President Wilhelm stated the Commissioners and Commission Legal Counsel <br />haVE discussed the applicants for the positions of Executive Director <br />and the Associate Director, and the applicants selected are: <br />Mr. B. Ashenfelter, Executive Director <br />Mr. L. Glenn Barbe, Associate Director <br />Mr. Helmen made -the motion for.the above appointments, seconded by Rev, <br />Williams, The motion was unanimously carried by all Commissioners <br />present. <br />Pre ident`Wilhelm recommended Mr. Ashenfelter's starting salary, <br />as xecuttve Director, to be $14,500,--the e -tha raises to b at the discre <br />do of the Commission.
