414 SPECIAL MEETING Tuesday June! £nth. , 1909. The ^Board met in special Psession at 7;15 P. M. Xr. McInerny absent. Hearing on Declaratory Resolution No. 593 for Grade, Curb & Walk on Cherry St. from Jefferson St. to Division. St. was deferred until Tuesday evening June 15th., 19091 at 7;15 P. M. Hearing on Declaratory Resolution No. 596 for Grade, Curb & Walk on Notre Dame St. from Wayne St. to Division St. was deferred until Tuesday evening June 15th., 1909; at 7;15 P. M. Hearing On Declaratory Resolution No. 59F; for the Grading of Alley West of Hill St. from Cresent Ave. South to Cedar St. All action Rescinded. i Hearing given on Declaratory Resolutions for Grade, Curb & Walk on Burns St. fron South Bend Ave. North to the City Limits; Grading Howard St. from Notre Dame Ave. to Eddy St; Grade Curb & Walk on Jefferson St. from Walnut St. to Cherry St. All under Ins provement Resolutions No. 5942 -9952 5t�7 respectively. Engineer filed. estimated cost as follows: Burns St. from South Bend Ave. North to City I,imits........ Go C. & W...... s%,447.00 Jefferson St. frOn Walnut St. to Cherry St.................Go C. & W......$ 857.00 Howard St. from Notre Dame Ave. to Eddy St.................Grading....1...J1,000.,00 In the above matter no remenatrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the sra'ie are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 16th._day of June and on the 23rd. day of June, 1909, to the effect that this Board will receive bids for snkd improvements up to lo; oo A. M. on the 6th. day of July, 1909. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Act. President.
