Friday May -29th. 407 CONDEIMATION RESOLUTION N(3. 54. Resolved by the Beard of Public Works'of the City of South Bend, Indiana :That the Following described property be appropriated for the use of said city Begin at & point on the west line of WilbEr Street 50 feet north of the :youth wept corner of Rupel Streets thence North 10 fee, thence west 100 feet, thence south 10 Peet, thence Least 100 feet to the place of beginning. The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such approp- riation. Begin at the south east corner of nortri 1/2 of north east 1/4 of South east 1/4 in Section 3 Tp 37 north range 2 east thence west 126 feet thence north to Ifichigan Avenue, thence south easterly with said Avenue to a, point north of beginning thence south to the place of beginning. Except, 20 feet off south side of Street to be opened where required by Elias Rupel his Heirs or assigns. Also ExceD c so much as has been taken for Wilber Street. Begin at the intersection of the north line of Rupel Street and the east line of College: Street thence north to the south line of Michigan Avenue thence south easterly with Michigan Avenue 411.E feet, to a point 126 west of the west line of Section 3 thence south to the north line of Rupel Street thence hest to the place of beginning. mat C. All of lot 57 All of lot 50 All of lot 49 The purpose of such appropriation is to widen and make Rupel street of uniform width from Wilber street to a point 100feet west. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 1st day of June and on the Sth day of June 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 22nd day of June 1909 at la'Oo A. M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings.
