Demolition Contract No. 2: The bid opening <br />date for the demolition and site clearance was on <br />July 15, 1970, at 1:00 P.M., E.D:T., covering eight <br />(8) parcels in the Central Downtown Project,-;R46. <br />Mr. B shenfelter, Acting Executive Director, ad- <br />vised 3taff and - Legal Counsel are reviewing the <br />bid do uments... Commission Legal Counsel, W. Bruce <br />C.
