'Hapimond, <br />City Engineer, <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />Dear Sir: - <br />Confirming my verbal proposition, I beg to advise that we will install and furnish <br />forty incandescent lamps along the drive in Leeper Park; the saute to burn approximately four <br />thousand hours per yec,r, for Twenty ($20.00) Dollars per lamp per year; we to maintain and ke <br />up the service without any other expense to you. It is understood that this love price is made <br />in consideration of the ease with which these lamps may be located, and in consideration of <br />the forty lamps are placed approximately one hundred feet apart. <br />Yours truly, <br />F.
