6. NEW BUSINESS (Cont'd <br />President Wilhelm asked if these were major changes <br />and if there are any objections from the City? Mr. <br />Ebel a vised the only major item added has been the <br />cul-de-sac. The plan covers the site improvements, <br />not the buildings, and no objections have been <br />raised by the City. The utilities are finalized. <br />McCaff ry Company's plans are tentative; The South <br />Bend S pp,ly Company's.plans are final. <br />The mo ing costs for these firms will be very sub <br />stanti 1 and will exceed $25,000. The funding for <br />moving costs are 100% Federal up to $25,000, and <br />shared 1/3 - 2/3's of the excess over $25,000. One <br />of the major problems with The South Bend Supply <br />Compan will be their inventory. <br />Rev. W <br />lliams asked when we anticipate moving <br />McCaff <br />ry Company? Title Transfer: Approval was requested for <br />the transfer of title and acceptance of redevelop- <br />ment A reement to Charles E. Stafford, for Parcel <br />No. 17-28A, located at South Dundee Street, in the <br />LaSall Park Urban Renewal Project, R -57.
